When pressing and pulling, our muscles are in tension. It's like a clenched fist. In order for results to grow, this fist or compressed bundle of muscles must be unclenched and relaxed. This is the only way we recover.
As a hitch, you can swim immediately after training. You can knock on a punching bag.
It is great to take a contrast shower or sit in the sauna after a workout. And in the morning, when all the muscles are aching after yesterday, soak under a hot shower. Go for a massage in the evening.
Get enough sleep. If you don't get enough sleep, you'll accumulate fatigue.
And, of course, food. It is an integral part of the recovery process.
