In the morning, for once, I decided to go for a run. Didn't run much. I think 2 kilometers, no more. But on the cross country. Up the hill, then down the hill.

Today my workout was as follows:
cold warm-up (it's hot outside)
push-ups from the floor 20 times
shook the empty bar 15 times
shook 50 kg for 10 times
70 kg for 5 times / 4 sets
on an incline bench shook 22.5 kg dumbbells 10 times
20 kg for 9 times and 8 times
I started thinking about what to do. Reluctant to leave. Tried a crossover. 2 sets for 4 bars 6 times. Got sick.
Came off several increasing approaches on the pull of the block down to the triceps. The chest also works in it. Although this is an isolated exercise, for some reason I always liked it.
Then he tried to shake the bar, lying head down. To be honest, I didn't like it. He lay down again on a straight bench and shrugged a 60 kg barbell.
After that, he went to the dumbbells and messed up the biceps. I alternately hit the biceps - 12 kg for 12 times, 15 kg for 10 times, 10 kg for 8 times.
I felt that enough was enough. Stretched (pectoral muscle) and went home.
Arriving, I wanted a salad of grated carrots, cucumber, onions, garlic and boiled peas. Filled with kefir.
